1. APPLICATION � All information must be completed before submitting your application. Please note, Section 22.083 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE (TEC) requires all school districts to complete a Criminal History Check on all applicants.
2. RESUME - Submit an up to date resume.
3. TRANSCRIPT (if Applicable) - Submit a copy of an up to date college transcript. A sealed official transcript will be required upon employment.
4. CERTIFICATION - Submit a copy of your certification (if applying for a Teacher* position):
a. Texas Teacher Certificate; or
b. Out of state certificate; or
c. Letter of Completion (from university indicating that applicant has
applied for certification); or
d. Eligibility letter (from alternative certification program)
5. Copy of Social Security Card and Driver�s License
6. Copy of fingerprinting receipt if applicant has already been fingerprinted.
